Jenny Martin is a practitioner, facilitator, and product discovery specialist with over 25 years’ experience working at the intersection of technology, delivery, and human behaviour. She has spent more than 15 years working with Agile, BDD, and modern product development, helping teams use collaboration, examples, and shared understanding to drive delivery.

Known as The Collaboration Coach, her upcoming book OOPSI brings these practices together into a practical framework for working in complex product environments.
