Advisory Board 2026

In 2026, the Living Documentation Event enters a new phase. While the organization of the conference continues under a new setup, the event remains firmly rooted in its original vision. Together with our Founding Partner, ICT Improve, we build on the success of five previous editions to take the conference to the next level.

The event focuses on Living Documentation and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) as ways to keep knowledge, requirements, and software continuously aligned.

The theme of the 6th edition is Fast Flow, Strong Foundations Scaling Shared Understanding in an AI-Accelerated World.

Software delivery is accelerating. AI can generate code, tests and documentation in seconds. But shared understanding still requires people.

We are looking for speakers from those shaping new thinking to those applying it daily. People who explore new possibilities. Investigating how AI, BDD, Living Documentation and quality practices evolve. Connecting theory to practice and questioning existing assumptions.

Reflections on how AI can support Living Documentation without weakening the collaboration that gives it meaning. Ways to keep intent visible and shared when everything moves faster

We are interested in real experiences, research informed insights and practical approaches. Stories about what worked, what did not and what changed your perspective. Reflections on how AI can support Living Documentation without weakening the collaboration that gives it meaning. Ways to keep intent visible and shared when everything moves faster.

If you have something that can challenge, inspire or strengthen this community, we would love to hear from you.

Let’s continue the conversation. Please take look at the theme and submission guidelines and submit your proposal via the form before May 1st, 2026.
